Prime Life - Home Manager Opportunity
Prime Life is seeking a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our Residential Home located in the heart of Bedworth. This role requires registration with CQC.
The position is based at Chamberlaine Court in Bedworth, Warwickshire. The home is designed to support 38 residents with a range of age-related, physical, and mental health conditions, requiring dignified support from our caring team. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities:
* Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure high-quality care and service
* Regular review of care plans, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Full oversight of all financial aspects, including budget management
* Ensuring residents' dignity and independence are preserved and promoted
* Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life
* Supporting residents in participating in discussions about their daily living arrangements
Candidate Requirements:
Successful candidates will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role is essential, along with a relevant Health and Social Care qualification, ideally at Management Level 5. Experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other external agencies is highly desirable.
