HR Coordinator (L&D) Learning and Development

Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an exciting events business, helping them in their search for a HR Coordinator who will be a champion for Learning & Development.
This is a BRAND NEW ROLE, so a fantastic opportunity to grow it, own it and mature the L&D function.
The role with be 30% HR Coordination:
* Managing HR and personnel documentation and correspondence
* Issuing contracts and onboarding
* Payroll administration
* Process leavers
* Liaising with internal teams such as marketing
* Coordinating training plans
* Benefit administration
* Collate company statistical data
And 70% Learning and Development
* Support the Head of HR with development and implementation of L&D initiatives and projects.
* Develop training materials and training modules
* Administration and organisation of employee workshops
* Support the Head of HR with the creation of development opportunities for staff of all levels, from interns to senior management
* Obtain and share L&D event feedback in a timely manner
This client has recently rolled out a new L&D Management system and a new training academy is being launched very soon so this would be a fab opportunity for someone with a passion for L&D to join and hit the ground running.
Experience with data uploading and configuration is highly desirable though not essential!
Knowledge Required
* Experience in the use of HR IS solutions (Dayforce would be beneficial)
* 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced HR team, providing first level advice on HR policies and procedures, employment law and supporting with Learning and Development activities
Skills & Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* IT skills to intermediate level in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Able to form and maintain effective working relationships (internal & external)
* Training formulation and/or Delivery skills would be beneficial
Other Information
This position will require travel within the UK (mainly Wimbledon, Cambridgeshire and Warwickshire) and possibly Europe which will require staying away from home. A full, clean driving licence and valid passport are required
