The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key part in driving the growth of our client base within the legal and property sectors. Working within our Commercial and Residential sales pods, you’ll focus on generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the wider sales team to build a strong and healthy pipeline.
In this role, you’ll research prospective clients, engage them through outbound calls, emails, and social channels, and use the MEDDIC methodology to assess fit and readiness. You’ll also collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Client Relationship Managers to hand over well‑qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth continuation of the sales process.
The role will involve:
12. Identify and research prospective clients within assigned market verticals (Commercial Real Estate or Residential Property law firms).
13. Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
14. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using the MEDDIC sales methodology, ensuring a strong fit with our solutions.
15. Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Client Relationship Managers to hand off qualified opportunities and support the sales process.
16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
17. Support the execution of targeted campaigns and events to drive pipeline growth
18. Continuously develop knowledge of our products, services, and market trends to effectively engage prospects
About You:
You will be a proactive, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, stay organised, and bring a positive, collaborative mindset to your team. You’re motivated by results, eager to learn, and comfortable engaging with prospects across multiple channels.
You will have/be:
19. Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred)
20. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
21. Confidence using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity effectively
22. A proactive, organised, and results‑driven approach to your work
23. Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology or similar qualification frameworks
24. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented
25. Resilient, persistent and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
