We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to join the team at Carsington Water Centre on behalf of Severn Trent, via Morson Edge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a customer-facing environment.
This part-time role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, including university students, with a working pattern of 2 weekdays (10am - 6pm) and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact
- Handling inbound phone calls, including queries relating to parking permits
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
- Providing accurate information and support to enhance the overall visitor experience
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times
