Location: Wisbech Job Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week) Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum (pro-rata) Annual Leave: 24 days per annum (pro-rata) Reporting To: Head of Finance Berry Recruitment are seeking a proactive and experienced HR/Payroll Officer to oversee payroll processes and provide essential HR support within a busy environment. Key Responsibilities Payroll Duties Process weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll Manage pension contributions and annual leave tracking Verify timesheets and upload staff rotas HR Support Assist with recruitment: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and on-boarding new hires Maintain accurate employee records and contracts in line with legislation Conduct staff inductions and return-to-work meetings Support disciplinary, grievance, and performance review processes Help update HR policies and the company handbook Perform general HR administration (filing, scanning, etc.) Contribute to HR projects and foster a positive team environment What We're Looking For Previous payroll experience essential; Sage 50 Payroll preferred Background in HR support with knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills For more information, contact Rebecca at Berry Recruitment, King's Lynn.
