Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant. You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We are looking to cover 8 hrs flexible hours per week. Fixed-Term Contract - 3 Months. This seasonal contract will end on week ending 4th Jan approx. The rate of pay will be £12.60 per hour. The store for this role is WORCESTER, 27 HIGH STREET WR1 2QL.

The role
From Driving Sales To Ensuring Smooth Operations, you’ll be our Brand Ambassador who’s going to make the magic happen. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas; there may be some crossover depending on day-to-day store needs.
Responsibilities
* Sales: As someone who loves to meet new people, you’ll confidently connect with customers, share their stories, and help them find the perfect gifts for their loved ones.
* Operations: You’ll support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure a strong foundation for excellent customer service.
* Sales – Front-of-house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques.
* Sales – Personalised connections: bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs.
* Sales – Product knowledge: master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
* Operations – Prepare and process click-and-collect orders; manage deliveries, returns, and restocking with accuracy and speed.
* Operations – Wrap gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards to add a creative touch.

Important notes
* Contracts will end on week ending 4th Jan approx.
* You must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. We will distribute these days fairly and you won’t be required to work all of them.
* You will accrue annual leave in line with entitlement; however, as this is our busiest time of year, no annual leave will be approved during this period.
