Wedding and Event Planner – London – Up to £42k + Bonus
Location: London office, with travel to Zakynthos, Greece, up to 12 weeks in the summer (May–October). Hybrid working: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH.
Position Overview
As a Wedding and Events Planner, you will manage the full lifecycle of events and weddings, from initial brief through sales, operations, planning, and seamless execution on the day. You are the main point of contact for couples, corporate business, and bespoke event enquiries, and drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of all events and weddings, including initial brief, planning, and on‑day execution.
* Act as the main point of contact for couples, corporate clients, and bespoke event enquiries.
* Convert leads and enquiries into revenue, meeting sales KPIs.
* Oversee operations, enquiries, and client conversion from London office.
* Provide on‑site delivery in Greece during the summer season.
* Manage multiple bespoke events and weddings simultaneously.
* Address on‑day enquiries and problems, resolving them efficiently.
* Track and manage budgets, ensuring timelines are met.
Qualifications
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Experience in sales, operations, and event planning from ground up.
* Strong budget management and timeline tracking skills.
* Flexible to live in Greece for up to 12 weeks during May–October.
* Passionate about weddings and bespoke events.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
