Ludford Parts Ltd are looking to recruit a Sales Representative to cover the Mid Wales area, this will include Aberystwyth, Newtown, Dolgellau and surrounding areas.
For this we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business forward by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs
* To identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
* Collaborate with suppliers to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.
* Manage time efficiently to between different areas across Mid-Wales.
Experience
* Proven experience in Motor Factoring sales or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes.
* Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
