The Role:
As our Door Person, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional luxury experience, ensuring that each guests journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Your role will be essential in shape memorable moments for our guests from the very first warm welcome to the final farewell. Heres a glimpse into what your day may entail:
You will be proactive to ensure all guests are welcomed and departed in a timely and appropriate manner, making every stay memorable.
Demonstrate luxury guest service, anticipating guest needs and build rapport.
Action all guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner
with a sense of urgency.
Be fully briefed pre and post shift and be aware of VIPs or guests with special needs. Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our guests,
Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that both the Head Concierge and Front of House Manager are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or other departments
Demonstrate a knowledge of our hotel, and curate memorable experiences on the local area
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
