About The Opportunity
Your role as an Optometrist will allow you to deliver an outstanding service to our communities, leveraging emerging technologies and dedicated clinical support teams. No matter your level of experience, you’ll constantly learn, gain new experiences, and grow with Boots Opticians.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Lead clinics and provide specialist care and advice to all patients.
* Test eyes using the latest technology while maintaining outstanding patient care.
* Deliver enhanced services dependent on the store’s needs.
* Respond to emergency triages.
* Work with external healthcare professionals.
* Provide clinical support to team members on the shop floor.
* Provide advice to patients using your clinical knowledge.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need To Have
* GOC registered (or expect to be in the next 6 months).
* Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
* Drive to deliver excellent patient care.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Motivation to ‘See What’s Possible’ for our teams, customers, and patients.
