About The Role
The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving high store standards and delivering excellent customer service. This role is essential to maintaining the brand experience and meeting store performance goals.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Serving as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Acting as a brand ambassador and demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
* Providing outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
* Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
* Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve them.
* Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization are upheld.
About You
* Experienced in hospitality or retail with a track record of outstanding customer service.
* Strong communicator who collaborates to achieve shared goals.
* Inspiring trust and celebrating the contributions of team members.
* Quick to adapt and flexible in a dynamic retail environment.
* Acting with purpose, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
* Taking ownership and making informed decisions to find in‑store solutions.
