Our client aprestigious charity based in NW11 is searching for a Head ofMarketing to lead their team. As the Head of Marketing you willimplement the charities marketing and communications strategyacross various platforms and support the delivery of their projectsincluding their website overhaul. This is an exciting role thatwill cover marketing PR and communications online and digitalsocial media data and reporting activities.
KeyResponsibilities:
* To beresponsible for and line manage the inhouse the marketing andcommunications team and their outputs.
* To beresponsible for and line manage the inhouse Events team and theiroutputs.
* To be an active member of the SeniorManagement team.
* Acting as a brand and styleguardian for the organisation.
* Creating anddelivering the respective marketing PR and communicationsplans.
* Responsible for the daytoday content andfunctionality of the organisations website and its digital mediafootprint content and operation.
* Working withGraphic designers to devise create and repurpose compellingmarketing materials.
* Responsible to ensure thatall internal and external events are photographed/ videoedaccordingly for social media/websitepurposes.
* To ensure the charity has a strongwritten media presence and to be proactive in ensuring theactivities of the charity are widely reportedon.
* To ensure the charity is part of widercommunal initiatives.
* Planning and creatingcontent for the various social mediaplatforms.
* To specifically provide high levelsupport to the ongoing annual fundraising campaigns events andfunctions.
Requirements;
* Anumber of years in a senior management role with line managementexperience.
* A strong ability to set manage andcontrol event and project budgets.
* A proventrack record of creating and implementing a wide range of offlineand online marketing and communicationplans.
* Experience of developing andimplementing social media campaigns particularly on Insta Facebook& LinkedIn.
* Knowledge of dynamic emailmarketing techniques.
* A digital and/orprofessional marketing qualification would bebeneficial.
* Familiarity with press work pressreleases and working with national or local media would also be anadvantage.
