Terumo Aortic are currently looking to for a Project Manager to join our team on an FTC for months, we’re seeking a motivated individual to join our TMO department, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving forward projects that deliver real impact.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead on project and resource management activities across multiple business functions — from R&D and Sales & Marketing to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations. Your goal? To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You’ll be at the centre of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, risks are managed, and processes run smoothly.
The main responsibilities of the role are;
1. Leading and overseeing multiple projects from initiation through to delivery
2. Implementing standardised project governance and reporting across the portfolio
3. Tracking progress, managing risks, and driving corrective actions where needed
4. Supporting the organisation with project and resource management tools and templates
5. Monitoring resource demand and ensuring effective allocation across projects
6. Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders at all levels, including executive management
7. Ensuring compliance with company quality systems and regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will possess;
8. Degree educated (formal project management training preferred)
9. Proven experience managing projects, ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment
10. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
11. Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
12. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
13. Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results
