Job Title: Event Manager
Provide end to end Leadership, planning, coordination and execution of events including overseeing logistics, stakeholder communication and reporting.
Activities:
• Liaise with the Event Design Lead to identify key cutover activities, execution sequence & dependencies (across all events including test phases, dress rehearsals and LD1)
• Work across all Work Streams (For Example - TSA, Value Streams, Data Transfer) to define detailed cutover scope and plan (and all associated artefacts)
• Embed the use of appropriate tooling and consistent structure for building runbooks
• Plan and manage the event runbook creation
• Set up the Command and Control organization and operating model for major events
• Define & embed the incident management process for events both internally and with the buyer
• Agree ways of working and joint milestones/interlocks with the buyer
• Define and track entry and exit criteria across all workstreams for events both internally as well as with the buyer
• Manage the staffing of rotas to ensure all teams are fully resourced to support events
• Facilitate event Go/No-Go meeting
• Manage the execution of the event, MI reporting, issue management and escalation
• Incorporate lessons learnt from past events
