NEOS Engineering are looking for a Driver & Plant Attachments Installation Fitter to join the team at their Leeds depot! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working on construction sites, and getting hands-on with mechanical equipment. The business is one of the largest privately-owned plant hire and sales companies in the North of England and continues to grow year on year.
The ideal candidate will have experience with plant machinery, hydraulics or mechanical fitting, but full training will be given. You must have a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel to customer sites to install, maintain and repair a wide range of excavator attachments.
Day to day you’ll be delivering, installing, servicing and repairing hydraulic attachments at customer sites across the UK, as well as working in our fully equipped workshop. Flexibility is key in this role, as you’ll be starting early some days to meet site opening times and working on your own initiative.

The Role:
* Deliver, install and service hydraulic excavator attachments on customer sites.
* Attend on-site breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
* Prepare attachments for hire in the depot workshop.
* Carry out customer repairs in our fully equipped workshop.
* Cover a UK-wide area from our Leeds depot.
* Work flexibly to meet site and customer needs.

The Candidate:
* Full UK driving licence (van & trailer as minimum).
* Experience working with construction plant, mechanical equipment, or hydraulics (desirable but not essential).
* Willing to work flexible hours, including early starts.
* Happy to work independently and on the road.
* Physically fit and able to carry out a demanding, hands-on role.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance, Agricultural Machinery or similar (advantageous – or willingness to train).
* 7.5t licence (advantageous).
