International Risk and Controls is part of International Card Services (ICS), which operates across 28 international markets excluding the US. ICS issues products to our Consumer and Commercial customers, supporting our global growth strategy through innovative, tailored products and services. The ICS Control Management team focuses on identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting operational risks within BU processes to ensure regulatory compliance and organizational resilience.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The ICS Control Management Risk ID, Assessment, Testing & Reporting Analyst will:
* Assist in identifying risks in business processes and systems with process owners.
* Support risk assessments such as Process Self Risk Assessments (PRSAs) and testing programs to meet standards.
* Monitor controls and compile operational risk trends and events.
* Identify high-risk areas for intervention, including conducting quality assurance and process testing.
* Support thematic risk reporting and categorize controls against risks and processes.
* Assist BU in risk identification and controls improvement within New Product Governance.
* Maintain risk dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), risk profiles, and risk registers.
* Share insights and best practices across the enterprise.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 1-2 years experience in operational risk management or internal audit.
* Understanding of RCSA is preferable.
* Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of process governance and regulatory standards.
* Analytical skills to evaluate data and assess risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
* Experience supporting risk identification, assessments, control monitoring, or thematic reporting.
