We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level business and lifestyle support to our CEO and Founder. This is a varied, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, discretion and getting things done beautifully and efficiently.
Blending executive assistance with private household and equestrian management, this position requires an intuitive and polished individual who can move seamlessly between boardroom and countryside, always two steps ahead and quietly in control.
Key responsibilities:
* Proactive inbox, diary and travel management across business and personal life
* Coordinating family, social and household calendars
* Liaising with designers, contractors and household staff on renovation projects
* Managing household suppliers, maintenance and day-to-day operations
* Overseeing equestrian logistics, appointments and events
* Organising personal travel, celebrations and holidays
* Acting as trusted gatekeeper, ensuring smooth communication and absolute discretion
About you:
* Experienced in senior EA, private PA or household management roles
* Discreet, dependable and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident liaising with high-profile contacts, staff and suppliers alike
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and naturally proactive
* A genuine interest or background in equestrian or rural estate life is a plus
