Key Responsibilities of an ASB Officer: Take a proactive approach to managing and investigating cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), ensuring prompt and appropriate action is taken. Work closely with residents, the police, and partner agencies to resolve incidents of ASB and mitigate future issues. Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and maintain accurate records in line with legal and housing policies. Support the enforcement of tenancy agreements in relation to ASB, including issuing warnings, conducting home visits, and initiating legal action when required.
