We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Stock Controller to join our Wendover-based team. This mid-level role offers the opportunity to improve stock management processes, implement technology-driven solutions, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels
Pick and pack customer orders
Monitor stock movements, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
Improve and streamline stock control processes and procedures
Utilise technology to optimise stock management and efficiency
Work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy
Assist with purchasing and stock forecasting as required
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
Strong IT skills, with experience in stock management systems ( EXACT system experience desirable but not essential )
A proactive and problem-solving mindset to drive improvements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work independently and take initiative
The role involves physical tasks such as loading/unloading, moving stock, and working in a fast-paced environment, so the candidate must be comfortable undertaking these duties
Full Drivers licence for import collections and adhoc deliveries in company van.
Strong communication and organisational skills
