Monday - Friday (Day Shift) and Early finish on a Friday

Role & Responsibilities
* Produce bespoke tooling components using traditional machining methods
* Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders with a focus on accuracy and safety
* Assemble and finish tooling using hand tools and polishing equipment
* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy
* Conduct quality checks using precision instruments and coordinate measuring machines
* Maintain a tidy and organised work area in line with company standards
* Collaborate with supervisors to meet production targets and support continuous improvement
* Take ownership of tasks and contribute to a safe working environment
Skills & Experience Required
* Toolmaker with hands-on experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting
* Proficient in manual machining and hand-finishing techniques
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances
* Skilled in using inspection tools including micrometers, gauges, and CMM systems
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Professional and adaptable with strong communication skills
