About The Role
Role: Cluster Assistant Meeting & Events Manager
Salary: £40k OTE including tronc

A fantastic opportunity to help maximise revenue across the Malmaison Reading & Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames properties.
Responsibilities
As Cluster Meeting & Events Manager you will maximise revenue by driving Meeting Room occupancy and ensuring that all bookings are in the joint interest of the hotels. You will ensure spaces sold are suitable for the opportunity and aligned with the business needs.
Reporting into the Meeting and Events Manager and the General Managers of the hotels, you will work with the Central Sales Office to support the conversion of inquiries. You will develop relationships with guests and the management teams across both properties to ensure smooth running of all meetings and events.
No two days will be the same as you spread time across two properties and juggle events. You will need to be organized and motivated, proactive with good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications / Skills
Essential: highly organized, proactive, strong verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple events across two properties.
