Care and Support Worker role at Altogether Care LLP. Location: High Street. Make a real difference every day as a Care and Support Worker, supporting people in their own homes across the community. You’ll be travelling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.

* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care

Required Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle

Contract & Salary
