Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a leading provider of logistics services to the construction industry. They specialise in delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions to their clients, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success and cost-efficiency of projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, managing budgets, and minimising expenses while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in helping to deliver exceptional logistics services to construction industry clients.
What's in it for you?
* Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch break. Or 8am - 5pm with 30-minute lunch break).
* Up to £65,000 (depedning on experience).
* 5 days in office with visits on site when needed.
* 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and as of next year plus a day for each year worked.
* Office based + travel to sites in London and the UK.
