Our client is a high-end supplier of stone products who is looking for a fitter/installer's mate to assist in fitting high-quality stone products in properties as part of a small team. This could include kitchen tops, stone flooring, and other products.
You will have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and develop while in the role. This would be an ideal role for a labourer or fitter's mate who wants to learn, develop, and specialise.
Some experience of power and hand tools is essential.
You will require a driving licence with some experience of driving long wheelbase vans.
From £12.50 per hour, rising as new skills are learned.
Monday to Friday
* 08:00 starts, normal finish around 5 pm, but flexibility to finish jobs as required is essential.
* Experience of using grinders, saws, silicone guns required.
* Heavy work, so a good level of fitness and ability required.
* Working to high-quality standards with an eye for detail and accuracy.
* Driving licence required.
* Some products are fragile and very expensive, so a careful approach is essential.
* Team player.
* Customer-facing, so a polite and friendly manner.
