Resourcer – Horticulture Division Egham | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Full-Time Up to 35k Base DOE plus commission Join a thriving recruitment agency with a busy horticulture desk! A well-established and growing recruitment business in Egham is looking for a motivated and organised Resourcer to support their fast-paced Horticulture Division. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow their recruitment career. What you’ll be doing: Proactively source, screen and register candidates for horticultural roles (e.g. landscaping, grounds maintenance, nursery work) Write and post engaging job adverts, and search databases for suitable candidates Support consultants with candidate compliance and onboarding Maintain regular contact with temporary workers and build strong relationships Handle a high volume of roles and work reactively to client requirements What we're looking for: Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or admin (preferred) Great communication skills and attention to detail Confident using job boards, databases, and Microsoft Office Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Perks & Benefits: Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home Comprehensive training and development Supportive and sociable team environment Progression opportunities within a growing business Regular team incentives, lunches, and social events Convenient location in Egham with parking available * Wisdom Recruitment acting as an employment agency with regard to this vacancy.
