The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Digital Marketing Manager
to take the reins of our online growth strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role for someone who understands D2C marketing in detail, can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and wants to own ambitious growth targets across multiple brands — in the UK and internationally.
You'll work directly with our founder and agency partners, lead our digital roadmap, and ensure that our brands are firing on all cylinders across paid, content, CRM, performance, and creative.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the end-to-end digital growth strategy for our portfolio of brands
* Own key performance metrics across D2C:
AOV, CVR, ROAS, CAC, retention
* Manage and brief performance marketing agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon)
* Optimise the customer journey across all touchpoints — from ad creative to post-purchase
* Coordinate testing across creative, landing pages, and offer architecture
* Ensure our paid creative is optimised weekly — working with our content team to brief, test, and scale
* Shape our global D2C expansion strategy — identifying new markets and working with localised agencies
* Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting, with strong insight and clear next steps
* Work closely with leadership to align commercial and marketing objectives
* Partner with ops and CX to reduce churn, increase LTV, and improve overall customer experience
What You'll Need
* 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 in a senior or growth-focused role
* Proven experience scaling D2C brands across Meta, Google and/or Amazon
* A strong grasp of funnel metrics and performance analysis (GA4, Meta, Shopify)
* Confidence working across multiple brands or SKUs
* Excellent understanding of creative testing and how content drives growth
* Experience managing agency partners, freelancers or small in-house teams
* Bonus: International growth or marketplace (Amazon, TikTok Shop) experience
* Bonus: Experience working with consumer products or problem-solving physical products
