We have an amazing opportunity for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Maidenhead and support a young Girl living with Cerebral Palsy. Our client is very sociable and enjoys part-taking in various activities both at home and in the community.
Due to the nature of the client, this position is for female applicants only.
Full time 36hrs per week
Assist with play and entertainment, helping to choose activities after school or on weekends, such as sensory activities, reading, and playtime.
Provide support with personal cares & Mobility.
Support her physical wellbeing through activities such as physiotherapy.
Full training, handovers, and shadow shifts will be provided to all staff members.
While previous experience working with physically disabled children or young adults is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
Have a minimum 6 months experience with young children.
Be IT literate to include Microsoft Applications.
We are a team of skilled health professionals including therapists, nurses, and social workers with extensive experience of working with clients with neurological impairments and complex needs.
