About the role
You’ll be stepping into the role of Team Leader becoming the driving force behind the day-to-day delivery of their UK-wide 1:1 support services and projects!
Their services span the length and breadth of the UK, delivered with by dedicated staff and volunteers. You’ll be leading their befriending service and support the development of exciting new initiatives. Whether it’s through the telephone, online platforms, or face-to-face interactions, you’ll be at the forefront of touching lives and making a difference.
As part of their dynamic services department, your mission will be to:
* Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, based across the UK, empowering them to deliver exceptional support.
* Ensure their services consistently meet the highest quality standards, leaving a positive impact on every individual they serve.
* Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring their services resonate with diverse communities across the UK.
* Play a pivotal role in crafting innovative service proposals and supporting funding applications to bring our vision to life.
About you?
