This role will involve:
* Full P&L ownership of large retail accounts
* Management of partnerships and driving their growth in retail channels
* Supporting on NPD and maximising sales opportunities through cross-functional collaboration
* Usage of data and insights to develop successful growth strategies, along with forecasting and reporting
* Direct line management and mentorship
You will have:
* 3 years experience in account management
* Proven experience managing and growing major UK retail accounts
* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of P&L and category management
* Strong relationship management, with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
* Proven experience with utilising data for forecasting, reporting and presenting
* Ideally, you'll have experience in line management
