You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed desserts and pasrty items to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters. We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further.
