Recruitment Partner at PortmanDentex – supporting the North West and Northern Ireland. We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Ashby Dental & Implant Clinic in Wetherby. No previous dental experience is needed; if you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, are passionate about delivering great service, and are looking for a career where you can learn, grow and develop, this could be a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
* Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures, ensuring the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session.
* Support the dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures as you learn to perform high-quality dental nursing.
* Be a key team member, contributing to a high-standard patient experience from the moment the patient arrives.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are essential to undertake the course.
* Enjoy working as part of a team and communicate effectively to deliver excellent patient care.
* Willing to participate in training and development with external course providers; course is fully funded by PortmanDentex.

Treatments range from general dentistry, with many patients on an in-house plan, to implants and Invisalign.
