Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Sales Specialist, responsible for managing and overseeing travel arrangements, facilitating business travel needs for clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their travel requirements, creating tailored travel plans, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the booking and travel process. As part of the role, the Travel Sales Specialist will also promote services and identify opportunities for growth in a competitive tourism market.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning and organizing personalized travel itineraries
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide high-quality support and build client relationships
* Experience in Business Travel and managing corporate travel needs effectively
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting targets
* Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including current trends and sustainable practices, is a plus
* Proficiency in travel booking platforms and tools is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
