Key Responsibilities
* Assist with ordering on a daily basis, whilst keeping in mind stock usage, menu planning and business levels
* Ensure the cleanliness, stock control, organisation and standards of the kitchen
* Responsible for preparing and cooking fresh meals for team members daily
* Have good kitchen & knife skills
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
* Continually striving towards achievement and improvement
* Ensure consistent preparation of all food items
