Summary:
SailGP is currently recruiting for a full-time Production Assistant to join our growing in-house team. The successful candidate will provide production, logistical and administrative support to the SailGP Productions department.
In this role you will contribute to help to prepare call sheets, post production paperwork and associated documents (hotel, flight and catering lists), live events and stand alone shoots, in addition to providing financial administration support.
During events, you will be based in our production operation hub in London to support the broader team with the delivery of our world feed and post produced programming.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail orientated and feels comfortable working in a busy team environment. You will be proactive, able to prioritise your workload and feel comfortable working across a range of production administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Helping with the creation and distribution of call sheets and supporting documents for stand alone shoots and live events.
* Support the production management team in the booking of international & UK travel arrangements for crew.
* Support and preparation of the delivery of post-production paperwork including: time coded transcripts, music cue sheets, archive forms.
* Keeping crew databases up to date - contact details, passport information, dietary requirements, home airport etc.
* Raising purchase orders, tracking and processing invoices and helping with expense reports as required.
* Setting up meetings, drafting agendas and circulating minutes as needed.
* Ad hoc administration tasks as required.
* During event weeks including weekends you will be required to be onsite in our remote operations hub in London.

About You:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
* Ability to prioritise, comfortable working in a busy role across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
* Prior experience working in a live sports or entertainment role would be beneficial but no essential
* An interest in sports production and live broadcast
* A desire to progress into a production management role
