Angela, Nursery Manager leads the team at Bees Knees and due to expansion, is now looking for another passionate and Level 2 or 3 Qualified practitioner to join her fantastic nursery within an established and friendly team at our Bees Knees Nursery, RG30 2UE.

Your main role and responsibilities will be to:
* Deliver outstanding care and education to children, meeting the highest standards.
* Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring observations, learning journeys, and planning are up-to-date and relevant.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children’s individual development and promotes British values.
* Safeguard children’s welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies.
* Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
* Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support children’s diverse needs and stages of development.
* Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.
