Reference 93119 Adult Lead Worker Birmingham, B15 £24,706.50 per annum 37.5 hours per week About the role To provide early and targeted support to aid the recovery and resilience of single adults or childless couples with multiple vulnerabilities, working flexibly across the city supporting people in their own homes within supported housing settings, or in locations of their choice. Working closely with other agencies to provide seamless support to service users Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding in line with policy and procedure you will support vulnerable adults to develop the knowledge and skills they need to better manage their lives, including accessing appropriate services, empowering them to build successful relationships within their community, improving health and wellbeing and increasing levels of independence as they move through a prevention pathway model.
