The Role
As Wellbeing & Fitness Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the fitness operation, ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences while driving revenue, retention and operational standards.
You will lead a fitness offering including personal training, group exercise and wellbeing programmes, while supporting team development, member engagement and business performance.
This is a hands‑on management role ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality and wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the fitness and wellbeing team
* Drive membership retention, PT revenue and fitness performance
* Deliver exceptional guest and member experiences
* Oversee fitness classes, studio operations and personal training
* Recruit, train and support team members
* Monitor KPIs, business performance and operational standards
* Ensure health & safety and compliance across the department
* Support fitness events, member engagement and wellbeing programmes
Requirements
* Previous fitness /health club management experience within a health club, hotel or spa ess
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercially driven with experience achieving revenue targets
* Experience delivering group exercise classes and personal training
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about fitness, wellbeing and luxury guest service
