You will be responsible for reviewing and approving legal documents including possession proceedings, applications, warrants, witness statements, and cost schedules. Additionally, you’ll provide legal strategy guidance to a team of paralegals and support their ongoing development through training and mentoring.

Training:
* Deliver training sessions to build competence across the litigation team.
* Present webinars to clients and stakeholders on regulatory updates and legal changes.

Advocacy:
* Where appropriately qualified, take on advocacy responsibilities for complex matters including fast/multi-track trials and Orders for Sale.
