YMCA Brighton is seeking a Data and Performance Lead to strengthen our data capability and support evidence‑based decision-makingacrosstheorganisation. In this role,you’ll manage and develop datasets,produce high‑quality reports,and work closely with colleagues to embed a data‑driven culture. You will lead onGDPRcompliance,chairingtheGDPROverviewGroup,and help designthecharity’s data structures to support real‑time reporting. Intherole,you will also input into strategic projects with data insight and provide curated information to support fundraising,operations,and organisational development.

You will receive
Salary £35,000 per annum
Contract – Permanent
Monday to Friday – 9 am – 5 pm 40 hours per week, including a paid 1-hour lunch break
