This is a full‑time locum consultant appointment for a fixed term of 12 months in response to the resignation of previous staff. The successful applicant will join a team of 19 consultants.

Responsibilities
* Join the Breast, Upper GI and HPB (or other agreed) multidisciplinary teams.
* Deliver systemic anticancer therapy (SACT) with or without radiotherapy at NNUH.
* See approximately 300 new patients annually.
* Participate in an approximately 1:13 on‑call rota.
* Implement the Trust’s Clinical Governance programme, including active participation in audit, quality improvement, clinical guidelines/pathways, professional development, appraisal and risk management.
* Serve on the Consultant Staff Committee.
* Support the delivery of a high‑quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, acting as a role model to others in all aspects of work and consistently demonstrating the NNUH values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence, and encouraging an inclusive culture.
Qualifications
* Full GMC Registration with a License to Practice on application.
* Primary interest in breast, upper gastrointestinal (Upper GI) and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) cancers. Other interests may be accommodated.
* Suitable for medical oncologists; applications from clinical oncologists are also welcomed.
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary oncology team.
