The Role
* Deliver full end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
* Use HubSpot to manage campaign activity, automation and reporting
* Build and execute outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns and digital channels
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals
* Analyse campaign results and optimise activity based on engagement and ROI
* Develop creative campaign ideas and messaging to cut through crowded technology markets
* Track performance metrics and translate activity into business outcomes
* Confidently challenge ideas and propose new approaches where needed
* You will be responsible for building and running campaigns that engage target accounts, drive leads and convert engagement into pipeline opportunities.
* This is a role for someone comfortable balancing creative marketing thinking with commercial accountability.

Ideal Candidate Experience:
* Background in B2B technology or IT marketing
* 7 years experience in Marketing and Campaign Management
* Experience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot
* Comfortable analysing campaign performance and ROI
* Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness is critical, understanding how marketing activity translates into pipeline and sales success.

* Multi-channel campaign execution, digital engagement, pipeline generation and marketing performance tracking
