Credit Controller - £17,770 plus up to £3k Bonus - Part Time 28 hours per week - 3 days office / 2 days remote
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Dinnington team. This is an important role where you will support the branch in managing approximately 600 active customer accounts, focusing on credit control and relationship management.
1. Minimise over 60 days debt by managing collection activities and resolving account issues.
2. Process payments from customers, including cheque and credit card payments.
3. Maintain accurate CRM records and data entry.
4. Handle customer enquiries and disputes, liaising with the sales team and branches to resolve issues.
