As we scale, we're looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant to join our delivery team and help shape how we work.
The role
You'll be the technical architect behind transformative RevOps implementations. Not just configuring HubSpot, but acting as a strategic advisor who translates complex business challenges into scalable, revenue-driving solutions. You'll work directly with our founder, our Head of Delivery, and growing team on high-impact projects that fundamentally change how our clients operate.
What you'll be doing
* Designing and delivering end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs for mid-market B2B clients
* Conducting strategic HubSpot audits and developing optimisation roadmaps
* Building advanced workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and attribution systems that drive measurable results
* Serving as the primary technical advisor during client engagements, translating business objectives into scalable architecture
* Proactively exploring how AI and MCP servers can enhance how we deliver for clients
* Contributing to our methodology library, templates, and knowledge sharing across the team
What we're looking for
* 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales and Marketing Hubs, ideally Service and Data Hubs too
* A solid understanding of how sales, marketing, and customer success work together strategically
* Strong communication skills; you can explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
* Comfort with data and analysis — SQL, advanced Sheets, or equivalent (including AI-assisted approaches)
* HubSpot certifications across multiple Hubs are a plus; we'll support time for additional ones
