* 4 days on site
* Support senior colleagues with tasks such as preparing corporation tax computations and returns, as well as advisory work including capital allowances, R&D claims, tax due diligence, and transaction/restructuring reports
* Assist in developing junior staff through day-to-day support and mentoring
* Conduct tax technical research for wider projects
* Handle various tax-related administrative tasks
* Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
* Help maintain relationships with clients, HMRC, and other professional services firms to deliver excellent client service
* Collaborate with audit teams on annual tax assignments
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in a corporation tax compliance role
* ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), or part-qualified with relevant experience and interest in studying for CTA
* Strong, up-to-date technical knowledge
* Fully conversant with compliance standards for tax and audit
* Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Highly organised with ability to manage time and meet deadlines
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships quickly
* Professional and discreet in client care
* Experience with Alphatax is desirable
