We are now recruiting for a Barista to join the team in our shop in Wadebridge (Dunveth Business Park). This is a permanent position working full time, (approx. 35 hours each week) over a 4-day week. The Dunveth shop is open 7-days a week so shifts will include Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
Daily duties will include the following:
* Barista skills - making a variety of hot drinks for customers
* Serving customers in polite and professional manner
* Organising food displays ready for sale
* Compliance with food hygiene and quality standards at all times
* Keeping customer dining areas clean
* Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the shop
As a person you will require the following qualities:
* Excellent communication skills
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be flexible with shifts to help provide cover during holidays and sickness
* Ability to work well in a team
* Enthusiastic and hardworking
* Barista experience - preferred but not essential
