Senior Paralegal - Litigation Services Team (0245)
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our Litigation Services Team, based in Leeds or Norwich.
The Role
This new position reports to Gemma Richardson, the Document Review Manager, and is supported by the Head of Legal Operations, Jodie Hosmer. The Litigation Services Team ("LST") provides litigation support across the firm, handling contentious work and specialized areas, with training, supervision, and support from experienced lawyers. Key areas include:
* Litigation support, including disclosure, document production, e-disclosure, and instructing experts, mediators, and counsel
* Costs support, including preparing statements of costs, precedent H budgets, and costs assessment
* Document review, organization, and redaction, including chronologies, bundles, pagination, and relevance review
* Debt recovery and insolvency support
* Data Subject Access Requests processing
* Court of Protection applications
* Internal secondments to disputes teams
As a Senior Paralegal, you will lead and manage workstreams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. You will support the Document Review Manager in overseeing litigated, regulatory, and investigatory reviews, manage productivity, and supervise junior team members. You will also contribute to the development of the LST and support its growth.

Your activities will include, but are not limited to:
* Leading and supervising LST workstreams to meet deadlines and standards
* Managing document review projects from start to finish
* Coordinating with legal teams to understand case requirements
* Supervising Paralegals and Apprentices
* Providing training on new workstreams
* Supporting business development and LST growth initiatives
* Drafting Playbooks and evaluating new legal technologies
* Attending client and NSL meetings as appropriate
* Implementing innovative legal process solutions
* Collaborating on process improvements
