The Studio
The interiors team is a distinctive division that collaborates closely with the architects, while also delivering a significant number of projects independently. They have built a reputation for genuinely investing in their people, which is reflected in consistently strong staff retention.
Their work is focused on creative workplace projects across broadcasters, charities, and media agencies. Projects are strategy-led, often integrating new technologies, with a clear emphasis on sustainability and long-term performance.

You will present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, build strong relationships, and play an active role in mentoring more junior team members.
