About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Park & Fly Team as an Assistant Operations Officer.
The role will include but not limited to:
* Supporting with the day-to-day operational activities ensuring resources are deployed efficiently and effectively in line with operational demand and approved departmental budgets.
* To support the leading and supervision of the Car Park Operatives by demonstrating and living the standards of both the department and the businesses vison and values.
* Health & safety mindset: Identifies hazards (trip/slips) implement temporary controls promptly.
* Maintain high customer service standards whilst working under pressure.
* To ensure that all car parking facilities and associated infrastructures are made available to customers in the correct configurations, adequately accessible, safe and fit for operational purposes.
* Support and promote a culture of safety amongst staff and participate in the ongoing development of the Park & Fly’s Safety Management System.
* To Lead by example and act as a coach and mentor to all colleagues in safety, customer experience, performance and behaviours.
* Customer Focus: Ability to deliver highquality customer service, respond effectively to enquiries, and maintain a professional and supportive attitude when dealing with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

You communicate clearly, stay organised, and ensure all procedures, reporting, and training are effectively carried out. With a handson approach and a commitment to continuous improvement, you contribute to a safe, wellmaintained, and customerfocused environment.
