The Role
We are seeking a confident and organised Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on inspections and day-to-day portfolio management rather than tenancy agreement drafting.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across the portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:
* Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* Opportunity to earn commission following successful completion of probation
* 5 Day working week
* Mileage allowance of 45p per mile

As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
* Conducting property inspections
* Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
* Managing inventories
* Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
* Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar)
To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:
* Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential)
* ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation
* Professional, personable and confident communicator
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections
* Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office
* A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
