Roles and Responsibilities

Leading small group phonics and numeracy intervention sessions.

Assisting the Class Teacher with lesson preparation and resource organisation.
*
Providing 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional help with their learning.
*
Supporting the social and emotional development of children during unstructured times.
*
Maintaining a tidy, inspiring, and resource:rich classroom environment.
Requirements
*
Relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
*
Proven experience working with primary:aged children.
*
Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
